Modern Music!

Included is a Google Slides presentation to accompany a composer study project. This project is used in my classroom as a Modern Music Unit final project. I think it is important to notice that all of the composers listed are contemporary female composers. Feel free to add other composers to the list! This is by no means all encompassing! Limiting the study to female composers helps to drive home the realization that composers are not just in the past and not just Bach and Beethoven.

In addition to the Google Slides presentation are all the materials you need including a full lesson plan, teacher AND student rubrics, and student-materials to be shared.
